About
Hi, I'm Yuda.
I build at the intersection of AI, web, systems, and design. Most of what I make starts as a small curiosity — a question I can't stop poking at — and ends up as a tool, an essay, or a system I actually use.
My taste runs quiet: software that does one thing well, interfaces that get out of the way, and writing that respects the reader's attention. I care more about the feeling of a thing working than about how it demos.
What I'm into
- Local-first software and tools you own.
- Observability and evals for AI systems.
- Typography, restraint, and the craft of reading on the web.
How I work
Ship small, ship often. Consistency over intensity. Let the artifact do the talking. I'd rather finish a narrow thing well than half-build an ambitious one.
The fastest way to reach me is email. I also keep a /now page and a list of the tools I rely on under /uses.
